You will learn how to consciously develop a skincare routine – one tailored to your skin’s current needs, not to social media trends. During the presentation, each participant will receive a set of samples to use at home.

Beautiful skin, strong hair and good physical health start from within. A supplement expert will discuss which active ingredients have a proven, research-backed effect, how to choose them according to your stage of life, and which combinations to avoid. Nothing but concrete, practical knowledge.

Our trichologist, Justyna, will give a talk on the changes that affect almost every woman, but which are rarely discussed openly. Postpartum hair loss, thinning hair during the menopause, changes in hair structure – what causes them, how long they last, and what really helps.

Professor Aleksandra Szlachcic will debunk this myth. During the lecture, you will learn what treatment options are available today, when it is advisable to consider them, and what results you can expect.

Sagging skin, cellulite and lymphatic congestion – these are problems that affect most women after pregnancy, yet are often dismissed with the words ‘it’s normal’. Normal does not mean irreversible. And it does not mean we have to put up with it.
Our cosmetologists will showcase the results of body contouring treatments on our patients and explain the options available through advanced cosmetology for women who have given birth.

Activities during the event
Demonstration of the BTL Emsella treatment
The BTL Emsella chair will be available throughout the event, and any participant who wishes to do so will be able to try the treatment on the spot. Emsella is a non-invasive treatment designed to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, which is carried out whilst fully clothed, sitting comfortably for 28 minutes. A single session is equivalent to over 11,000 muscle contractions – without any effort on your part.
Treatment packages at special prices
During the event, you will be able to book treatment packages at special prices – available exclusively on the day of the event. It’s the perfect time to book that treatment you’ve been thinking about for ages.
