What is the Dermapen 4.0 microneedle mesotherapy?
Fractional microneedling, using a skincare ampoule, tropocollagen or platelet-rich plasma, is an option for those wishing to improve the appearance and condition of their skin. The system of pulsating needles facilitates the delivery of active ingredients deep into the epidermis and dermis, and stimulates the skin’s structures to regenerate.
Microneedle mesotherapy has anti-ageing, revitalising, brightening, moisturising and skin-lightening effects. Fractional microneedling is also used to treat scars (including atrophic scars and post-surgical scars) and to reduce stretch marks.

What does the Dermapen 4.0 microneedle mesotherapy involve?
Every procedure at the Medistica Clinic is preceded by a consultation with a specialist, during which a treatment plan is drawn up, the indications and contraindications for the procedure are discussed, and the final assessment is made.
Before microneedle mesotherapy is performed, the treatment area is numbed using a special cream, making the procedure itself virtually painless. The next step involves applying a carefully selected vial containing active ingredients tailored to the patient’s skin needs, followed by the microneedling procedure. After the treatment, redness may remain on the skin’s surface, but this should disappear within a few hours.
The best results from microneedle mesotherapy are achieved after a series of sessions. To enhance the results, it is worth combining it with Endermolift, laser therapy, needle mesotherapy or chemical peels.
