How to diagnose PCOS?
The easiest way is to check hormones (LH, FSH, estradiol, progesterone, androgens) and perform the pelvic US. Diagnostics may be extended and include an endometrial biopsy, thyroid and pituitary hormones.
Ovulation disorder and pregnancy - what to do?
Depending on the results of a hormonal evaluation, appropriate pharmacotherapy will be recommended. Oral drugs that stimulate ovulation are the first line. In some cases, better effects are observed after the IVF treatment.
